Ankete 57 series stepper motors are standard NEMA23 specifications, with a flange size of 57×57mm, a two-phase 1.8° step angle hybrid structure, and are the most widely used medium-sized stepper power solutions in the automation industry. The product line has multiple body lengths, with a holding torque range of 0.8N・m to 3.0N・m, rich specifications, and regular models are always in stock.
The motor adopts an optimized magnetic circuit structure, with excellent iron core and permanent magnet materials, and strong low-speed output torque. When matched with Ankete supporting stepper drivers for subdivision control, it effectively reduces low-frequency resonance, with low operating noise and smooth movement. The standard open-loop solution uses pulse signals for point positioning, with a simple system composition and easy debugging.
The product supports diversified optional customization: optional different shaft diameters and lead wire forms; electromagnetic brakes can be installed to cope with vertical loads; matched with planetary reducers to amplify torque; there is also a 57 integrated lead screw stepper motor, which integrates the motor and lead screw to save equipment installation space. At the same time, a 57 closed-loop stepper version is provided, equipped with an encoder to solve the traditional stepper lost-step problem and achieve higher accuracy. The whole set of solutions has moderate cost, good temperature rise control during continuous operation and strong stability.
Matched with Ankete corresponding model stepper drivers, it has strong signal anti-interference ability and is compatible with mainstream PLCs and motion controllers. It is widely used in medium-load automation equipment such as dispensing machines, small engraving machines, conveyor lines, cutting tooling, packaging equipment, test fixtures and automated transplanting platforms.
